Actual unit sizes vary, but here is a guideline for estimating how much space you need.
For example, if you’re interested in renting a 5’ x 5’ unit, use tape to measure a 5’ x 5’ square on the ground. Place and stack your items in this square to see if this unit size will hold all of your belongings. Our units are typically 8 feet tall. If your items fit within the square and do not exceed a height of 8 feet, then a 5’ x 5’ unit is the right choice for you. This method can be used to measure out any of our many unit sizes.
