How Storage Works

Reserve Your Unit

Select the unit size that best fits your needs. Then, simply call to reserve your unit and set up your account. When you reserve a unit, we hold the selected unit size for you until you're ready to move in. For your convenience, you can make your reservation up to 7 days in advance of your move-in date.

Payment Options

Send by Mail: Send payment directly to your Public Storage facility's mailing address. Please be sure to include your unit number on your check or money order.

Pay On-Site: Pay in person at your Affordable Storage facility using cash or check. Just provide your account number and location where you store.
